Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our service-based offering, our refund policy applies up until your autotrading system has been activated. Once activation has occurred following your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Before activation, if you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us at [support (@) forextrade.se] with proof of purchase. Refunds are only issued if no part of the service has been used.

Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Activated autotrading systems
  • Digital consulting sessions once delivered
  • Downloadable or delivered algorithmic strategies
  • Services provided under promotional or discounted pricing
Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund back to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card provider
Contact your bank

Service Exchanges

We only replace or adjust services if they are not delivered as described or if a technical error occurred on our side. Please reach out to [support (@) forextrade.se] for resolution.
